Apprenticeship Program

Intro to Home
Renovation

Now is the perfect time to undergo training and pursue a career in home renovation—and Ontario's booming construction industry and high demand for skilled trade workers are clear proof of that. Skilled Trades College’s Toronto East campus offers an Intro To Home Renovation Program that teaches students the basics of framing, drywall, taping, footings, vapour barrier, insulation, masonry (brick-laying), rough-in electrical, rough-in plumbing, and all relevant general construction work. This program offers students fundamental, practical hands-on training in a simulated on-the-job setting and all the relevant safety certifications.
